Triathlon & Bike Transport Product Manager for Sports Tours International
If Mike is not on his bike, then he has his nose in a map plotting his next ride. Fanatical about cycling since he was 15, Mike's caught the bug for cycle touring 10 years ago when he met up with his partner Liz. You guessed it on a cycling holiday. Since then with tent, stove and sleeping bag, he has cycled around Europe, South America. Southeast Asia and New Zealand. France and Italy are his first love having spent numerous summers crossing mountain passes. A fully qualified cycle group leader, Mike loves nothing more than taking a group out to enjoy the thrill of the open road. He also likes walking having experience the highs of Nepal Gokyo Pass and South America's Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. He's now clocking up the miles running and maybe one day will crack an ironman. He has a background in customer service with over 25 years experience. Mike's also practical, helping out with bike maintenance, a devil with a camping stove and if you want a house building he can do that as well. "O yes, he loves his cake"
