207 bikes, 54 first timers, 49 Team GB age groupers, 5 podium finishers, 2 Kona qualifiers, 12 events, 6 countries, 160 workshop services…..
We love data at Race Force HQ and our data tells us some interesting stories. We transported 207 bikes over 12 events and 6 countries. Our team covered 22,000 miles and 32 ferry trips. Our home picks ups took us as far North as West Lothian and as far South as Dorset. We get to travel the length and breadth of Europe to get you & your bikes to the start line and we love it!
We love bikes too and we see some real beauties. Here are the popular brands we see travel with us:
We set up our Race Hub & workshop at 3 events last season and our mechanics worked on 186 bikes of which over half had complications with assembling a bike out of a box. Bikes aren’t complicated but if you don’t know what you’re doing then you can lose a bit of confidence and having a mechanic give it a once over removes that stress. If you book onto our bikebus service then you don’t have to worry about disassembling your bike at all as the’yre fork mounted in our custom racking keeping your measurements in tact.
People from all walks of life choose to travel with us and that is because we have something for everyone. Whether you’re the seasoned triathlete that just likes to fly, race & go or if you’re a first timer, travelling on your own and you want our support all the way to race day, or team understand this and tailor the services to meet your needs.
Our data tells us that if you travel with us once, you travel with us again. We had a number of athletes who raced more than once with us in one season! We can also see we’re growing with lots of new faces & bikes joining our team this year.
We’re obviously doing it for the girls as our stats tell us that we get a higher than average percentage of ladies participating in longer distance with us and we’re already seeing this trend increase in our bookings for next season which we’re excited about!!
We’ve met some amazingly inspirational people, its really hard not to. Everyone is on an incredible journey and we are honored to be a part of it. Thank you for choosing us, thank you for making our races so enjoyable for other athletes and our crew and congratulations on all your successes, learnings & experience.
Next season we want more of all the above. More women travelling with us on our travel packages, more of our regulars turning up to 2015 with Kona on their minds, more individuals choosing to come race with us where they may not have raced before, more & more beautiful bikes.
As the winter draws in, we reconnect with our normal lives, re-introduce ourselves to friends and family. Introduce the coffee stops back into our training rides and convert our hours back into weight rooms across the country while desperately avoiding the pie & mash weight gains and Christmas bloating that looms.
For some race planning is complete and our team have been busy with advice & bookings for next season with some events almost sold out. We've struck up some great relationships with race organisers to bring more races with entries to our calendar for next season. Get in touch with our team and get your race planning done & booked!
